I would like to show you an example of a webquest. This particular webquest is for 5th grade students. While
our 2nd grade students can not create anything quite like this, it will give you an idea of what can be done. I will
be creating a webquest for them this year.
Inviting people to express their own ideas is a great way to get them involved. This page will encourage students to discuss
questions and issues relating to the class material. (Don't forget, even those who are too shy to speak up in class often
have important things to say.)
I may use this area to post an especially excellent or thought-provoking student essay.
What we are learning this week.
The first week of school, we will be spending most of our time on the rules and expectations of our class. We will
be reviewing our basic addition and subtraction facts in Math. We will also be working on our multiplication tables
as review.
